GOLDEN VISA

The UAE Golden Visa is a special type of residency visa introduced by the United Arab Emirates government to attract skilled professionals, investors, entrepreneurs, and outstanding individuals to live and work in the country. It offers long-term residency benefits and a pathway to permanent residency and citizenship in the UAE.

The UAE Golden Visa program aims to attract and retain talented individuals and investors, fostering economic growth, innovation, and diversity in the country. It provides an opportunity for qualified individuals to establish a long-term presence in the UAE and contribute to its vibrant and dynamic society.

Benefits:

  • Long-term Residency: Unlike typical residency visas, the Golden Visa offers extended residency periods, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years, depending on the category and eligibility criteria.

  • Multiple Entry: Holders of the Golden Visa are allowed multiple entries into the UAE, providing them with flexibility to travel in and out of the country without restrictions.

  • No Sponsor Required: Unlike other types of visas that often require sponsorship from an employer or family member, the Golden Visa allows individuals to sponsor themselves, giving them greater autonomy and independence.

business setup

Setting up a business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can be a lucrative opportunity due to its strategic location, business-friendly environment, and robust infrastructure.

Determine the type of business activity you want to engage in and the appropriate legal structure for your business. Common legal structures include:

  • FREE ZONE COMPANY: Offers 100% foreign ownership, tax exemptions, and easy company formation within designated free zones.

  • MAINLAND (ONSHORE) COMPANY: Allows you to conduct business anywhere in the UAE market, but requires a local partner or sponsor, except for professional firms in certain sectors.

  • OFFSHORE COMPANY: Primarily used for holding assets, international trading, or as a vehicle for investments outside the UAE. It does not allow conducting business within the UAE market.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including filing of annual financial statements, renewing licenses, and visas on time to avoid penalties or legal issues.

While setting up a business in the UAE offers numerous opportunities, it's essential to conduct thorough research, seek professional advice, and carefully navigate the legal and regulatory requirements to ensure a smooth and successful establishment.

GCC VISIT VISA FOR UAE RESIDENTS

The GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) visit visa for UAE residents allows residents of the United Arab Emirates to visit other member countries of the GCC, which include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, without the need for a separate visa.

UAE residents holding valid residence permits (also known as Emirates ID cards) are eligible to apply for the GCC visit visa. The validity of the residence permit should typically be at least six months beyond the date of intended travel.

The GCC visit visa is usually issued for purposes such as tourism, business meetings, family visits, or attending events or conferences. However, it's essential to check the specific requirements and restrictions of the destination country for the intended purpose of visit.

It's important to note that visa regulations and requirements may vary between GCC countries, so it's advisable to check the specific visa requirements of the destination country before planning travel. Additionally, it's always a good idea to apply for the visa well in advance of the intended travel dates to allow for sufficient processing time.
